All items ship free to domestic locations within the United States.

Each etched metal creation requires about 10 business days to create as each unique piece is custom made at the time of order.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail which arrives within 1 to 3 business days or via UPS Ground for large items and delivery times vary depending on region.

We make sure all items are carefully packaged to ensure safe shipping. Item is wrapped in moisture resistant paper then corrugated cardboard and then packed in the shipping box with paper fill. All shipping material is biodegradable.

Should your package arrive damaged please contact us so that we can resolve any issues.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Buyer has 7 calendar days from the date purchase was received to contact us with request to return item.

Contact us via our email, contact@daartshop.com, explaining that item is to be returned.

To be eligible for a refund, item must be in the same condition that it was received.
Item must be in the original packaging and repacked with the same care as it was received. -
Item must be sent back within 14 calendar days.

Buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive item we will notify buyer that item was received.

If item is in it’s original condition with no damage, a refund will be issued to buyer's original form of payment.
